On the way to Camp Randall
After some issues during the UW home opening with long concession lines and a lack of mask wearing in the halls, the university focused on improving the fan experience due to staff shortages at Camp Randall.
âWe really appreciate the understanding and patience of the fans as we continue to build our team,â said Brian Lucas, UW football brand communications director after the opener, âbecause we know that the concession experience is a very important part of match day and it is a priority for us to continue to improve in this area and provide the best possible service.
