3. Little Donkey â Homewood
A favorite we all know and love is making a comeback. Little Donkey is officially open now in Homewood. After a break, they officially reopened their (new) doors to serve you Mexican cuisine with a southern twist. Known for the best chicken in America according to Thrillist, this place is perfect.
After nine years in their old location, they were ready for a change. This new and improved location features a spacious patio, bright decor, and most importantly, new menu items. Who’s ready to try the best fried chicken in the best new space? I know we are.
If Panoptic is not a new company, the two cafes are changing their names. Prepare to meet SLIDE, a panoptic company. Serving specialty sliders and gourmet sides, they offer a dining experience at one of their two cafes, a caterer for events, and a traveling food truck so you can enjoy their food when you can’t make it. at the coffee shop.

Last, but not least, we have Speech in the Magic City. This wonderful organization helps people in our community who have speech and language difficulties. Through this, owner Danielle Effinger hopes individuals will discover magic, confidence and power in themselves.
