Where will Harry and Meg be staying during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee?
The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee is a much-anticipated time in the calendar because of its historical significance and because the celebrations will coincide with a much-needed break for many.
As festivities unfold across the UK to celebrate the 96-year-old’s seventh decade on the throne, Britons will also enjoy a long weekend.
The late May bank holiday has been moved to June 2 to make it a four-day weekend running from Thursday June 2 to Sunday June 5.
Harry and Meghan, who moved to California, will return to the UK to celebrate the occasion.
The couple are expected to stay at their first family home, Frogmore Cottage, located in the grounds of Windsor Castle.
Despite living in an £11million house in Los Angeles, the Sussexes continue to rent out the property, which was their home before they moved to the US.
Harry’s cousin, Princess Eugenie, and her husband Jack Brooksbank currently occupy the property with their son, August.
She is expected to open the guest rooms to welcome the couple when they arrive in the UK.
Harry previously stayed at the cottage in April 2021, when he returned from the US to attend the funeral of his grandfather Prince Philip.
