OverDrive Education donates e-books and audiobooks to Canadian schools using the Sora app

OverDrive announced the following:

To help Canadian schools meet the demand for digital content without increasing the budget, OverDrive Training donated 100 titles for minors and young adults to thousands of elementary and secondary schools across the country. This Canada “Sora Starter” The bundle is available to all Canadian schools and includes great English and French e-books and audiobooks in a variety of subjects from Canadian authors and publishers. …

Titles from this free collection, as well as the original Sora Starter Collection which includes more than 200 titles for minors and young adults, are still available without waiting for students to borrow and read. …

These titles [are] available now through September 30, 2023 in Canadian schools using the Sora Reading App. Schools not yet using Sora can Try it for free and receive both collections at no additional cost. As part of OverDrive’s Everyone Reads program, new titles in a variety of subjects will be added to school collections for free over the next few months.
